Alton Towers Resort have confirmed full details of their Pirate and Princess family getaways for this February half-term.

From Saturday 10th February to Sunday 25th February, the Resort are offering families the chance to join them on a voyage of discovery with the Resort being transformed into a fully-themed Pirate and Princess getaway where guests can enjoy a jam-packed live entertainment schedule, pirate and princess themed activities, treasure hunt, deep sea discovery adventure, and crazy golf.

Guests can enjoy a full schedule of action-packed entertainment including ‘High Sea and Hijinx: A Pirate Adventure’ which will include three, half hour pirate adventures featuring the return of the ever popular Pirates of Mutiny Bay in a brand new swashbuckling adventure, ‘Pirates of Mutiny Bay: The Lore of Treasure Unknown’, as well as the return of the classic ‘Pirates of Mutiny Bay: The Kidnap of Lady Victoria Sponge’. Budding buccaneers will be able to brush up on those all-important skills needed to become a ferocious pirate in ‘Captain Finn’s Training Camp’.

The Enchanted Tipi will also play host to even more fun and games as guests will be able to join The Lost Boys for The Lost Boys & Fairy Princess Party including a fancy dress parade, interactive treasure hunt, and interactive game show. Guests can attend Princess School where they can help Loana the Brave remember how to be a princess, or take part in a Pirate Take Over joining in with songs and dances from the motley pirate crew. To round off the evening Pirate Pegg brings her magic show to wow guests with her favourite tricks, whilst at the Princess Pop Party princesses Alexandra and Xenna will host a special vocal show.

Also included in the package are tickets to the Alton Towers Waterpark where, new for 2018, guests will be able to enjoy an interactive experience down Rush waterslide, choosing from five funky light and music themes to enjoy as they slide down. Guests will also be able to explore the underwater world of Sharkbait Reef by SEALIFE, encountering Blacktip Sharks, Spotted Rays, and meet the newest arrivals to the mysterious underwater world – endangered baby Undulate Rays!

Packages are priced from £160 for a family of 4 sharing a family room which includes all the activities, live entertainment, entry to Sharkbait Reef by SEALIFE, 9 holes of Extraordinary Golf, and Waterpark access.
