Featured in the ‘Meet the Maker’ event in March 2018, TowersTimes took part in a Q&A with some of the creative and technical minds behind the Resort’s latest Secret Weapon – Creative Lead, Bradley Wynne; Senior Project Manager, Neil Walker; Director of Operations, Francis Jackson; and Head of PR and Media Relations, Lizzie Roberts. From the inspiration behind Wicker Man’s theme, to the reasons for choosing GCI, and even a mention of SW9, the session gave an insight into the process of bringing Wicker Man to life.
Alton Towers Resort hosted an exclusive event to celebrate the launch of TH13TEEN (Secret Weapon 6), providing enthusiasts with an insight into the ride’s development process, along with the chance to see behind the scenes of both TH13TEEN and its neighbour, Hex – The Legend of the Towers.
