The Alton Towers Water Park is usually closed for a short period during January but will, this year, get an extra coat of paint as it closes for several weeks. It will be closed from Monday, 3rd to Thursday, 20th January 2011 inc.
Therefore, if you are planning a visit during this period you will need to choose an alternative date otherwise you will be disappointed.
