As part of their Superdays Free Ticket promotion, The Sun newspaper has today published an eight page pull-out, which includes a whole host of new details about the new CBeebies Land at the Alton Towers Resort.
The pull-out includes the first detailed individual map of the new area, showing for the first time where each of the individual attractions will be located. Attractions are laid out in a circular pattern, making it easy for guests to move from one attraction to the next. The map also indicates separate entrance and exit points for the land, something which will help ease congestion at busy times.
Also revealed are details of three new CBeebies themed rooms for the Alton Towers Hotel. Joining the Postman Pat room will be Mike the Knight and Tree Fu Tom. Each room will have its own dedicated story (detailed below) and will be decorated to replicate the vibrant settings from the TV shows allowing children to fully immerse themselves in their favourite show.
Mike The Knight Room: Mike the Knight wants to see if you have what it takes to ‘Be a Knight and Do it right!’ Embark on his Magical Treasure Chest challenge to solve all the clues and reveal a special reward.
Postman Pat: Postman Pat has left you a little task to help him out at the end of his round. Can you help him sort all the last minute parcels? If you do you will find a small thank you for a job well done.
Tree-Fu-Tom: Help Tom and friends to use their Big world Magic to help locate a special treat before those Mischievous Mushas can find it.
The centre pages of the Pull-out features the 2014 park map. This year sees some small changes to the map design, with the pathways being made much clearer and easier to navigate. Cbeebies Land takes the space occupied by The Smiler on last year’s map, with The Smiler moving slightly further up the page, making it much more accurate.
For those looking for a bargain short break, there is also a code for 50% off a short break, as well as details on how to claim your two free tickets once you have collected your tokens.
Photos of the pull out are shown below.
