The good news is that the second of the resort's newly themed monorail trains has come online, however unfortunately it looks like guests will be paying a premium in order to see the new Mutiny Bay train as the theme park's entry price has gone up just one month into the season. Click 'more' to read on.... MORE >>> April 5th 2008 : Splash Landings Monorail Train Comes Online A newly refurbished monorail train took to the tracks at the Alton Towers Resort Saturday. The train takes a Splash Landings theme in line with the new golden resort branding. The design features wooden panels, pipes and lots of water as is to be found at the hotel.
