This season saw the return of many of the annual events, from February Half Term to Scarefest, however the resort didn’t hold any new events like what had been seen in previous years.
February Half Term
Ahead of the main season, Alton Towers opened the doors to its theme park with selected rides and attractions open to guests from thrilling to fun.
Scarefest
Guests were yet again scared out of their wits as they discovered ‘what lies within’ The Towers and ventured into The Field of 1000 Screams.
Adrenalin Week
Only the most thrilling rides opened for the final week of the season, so thrill-seeking guests could satisfy their coaster thirst before closed season.
Winter
There were a variety of packages on offer during the Winter period, with guests being able to meet Santa Claus and see in the new year at the resort.
