With the Forbidden Valley, Voodoo, Katanga, Mutiny Bay, X-Sector & Towers Street Krewes performing throughout the day, which one is your favourite?

Offerings this year include Po'boy sandwiches, smoked meats, Cajun chicken and the traditional Mardi Gras King Cake. What will you be trying first?
