Following the submission of a planning application at the end of 2014, CTD architects carried out extensive restoration works on the Prospect Tower which involved the reinstatement of the cast iron railings, replacement of the timber doors and windows, repair of the ground floor paved area, renewal of the lead work, restoration of the gold leaf features, and redecorating inside and out. This saw the building of national historical and architectural significance restored to its former glory for 2016.
