Santa Claus was back at Alton Towers Resort during the Christmas season of 2015, bringing with him some new festive fun. Guests could book themselves in for a stay at one of the resort’s hotels as part of the Santa’s Sleepover or Festive Breaks packages. Also, for the first time ever, selected rides in the theme park were open for day guests to also enjoy.

Day Visits

For the first time, guests just visiting the resort for the day were able to enter the theme park on selected dates throughout the Christmas period.

  • Elves’ Emporium 10 minute experience (annual passholders were required to prebook this)

Shopping

During the theme park’s Christmas openings, Towers Trading was also open, allowing guests to purchase a vast range of Alton Towers Resort merchandise.

Short Breaks

Guests could extend their festive visit to the Resort by booking a stay at the on-site accommodation with a Santa’s Sleepover  in the run-up to Christmas or a Festive Break if looking to continue the festive cheer after Christmas Day.
