One of the oldest
features in the Towers' grounds, the Flag Tower dates from as early
as 1810 and is located behind Cred Street.
These days the main
purpose of the Tower is to house mobile phone masts, and indeed that
is what this plan relates to, but it also allows us to taker a closer
look at this amazing and often overlooked building.
