The
Planetarium opened in the mid 70s in the courtyard in the centre of
the Towers. It allowed
guests to view planets and stars and featured a commentary by none
other the Patrick Moore. The
Planetarium operated up until 1987, though remnants of the ride can
still be found at the Towers today.
