From 1993 through to 1996 a magic show was performed daily in the
Talbot Theatre in the Land of Make Believe. For the first season
Henry Hound featured in the show along with a number of other puppets and magicians,
though this would be the hound's last season in the park and the
show continued without him after he had departed. Tricks involved
levitation, making people disappear, chopping peoples heads off and the highlight of the show the cast being magically
disappeared, only to reappear at the back of the theatre.
In 1997 the show
was replaced by The Children's Fun Factory, a children's music show
with magical character and sing-a-long songs. This show ran till the
end of the 1999 season, with Barney taking over the theatre the
following season.
