When
Adventureland 4-11 opened in 1982, one of the central rides to the
area was the Adventure Railway. The ride took
the form of a gentle miniature train ride which took guests on a tour
through cut outs of cartoon characters.
When
Adventureland 4-11 closed in 1991 the Adventure Railway was one of the
few rides to remain in the park, however it closed just one season
later.
