For the first
weekend of September 2005 the park was taken over by the Playstation
2 Weekender. A series of
temporary free events were arranged around the park, from Inflatable
Sumo in the gardens to Laser Quest in the Towers.
For those with a
head for heights there was also a zip wire running from the top of the
Towers to the lawns in front of Towers Street, where a plethora of
computer consoles were available for the less active Playstation Fans.
Meanwhile live
music was also provided with a temporary stage being set up in Ug Land
for the event.

... to the bottom.
One of the many Playstation 2 Ice Cream Vans which were around the site
distributing free stuff!
Henry the Hound was on hand to ensure everyone had all the freedom they
could possibly want!
