The entrance and exit to the magical world of Alton Towers which first opened in 1986. Colourful buildings and the well know and long standing feature of Towers Street, the jumping frog fountains, can be found here. Guest services can also be found in Towers Street, where you can hire a locker for the day or ask for information about the park. During the season the
street often takes on different themes depending on the time of year with the Alton Towers magic makers providing the entertainment.
The main park shop can be found in Towers Street, named Towers Trading company, they sell everything to do with Alton Towers, from clothes to cuddly bears most of which have ride and park logos on. They are usually quite busy before the park closes, so we advise you to do some shopping before the end of the day and take advantage of the ''purchase now- collect later'' system, the collection point can be found in the entrance to Towers Trading.
